These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to https://sitebrookhub.click (the “Site”) and inquiries related to programming consulting services offered by Site Brook Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Requesting a scoping call or engaging our consultations constitutes acceptance of the engagement terms stated in a written proposal or statement of work, which prevail over marketing copy on the Site if there is a conflict.

Services described on the Site

Descriptions of consultations, rates, and timelines are informational. They are not a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal accepted by both parties. The Site does not provide payment processing or checkout.

Intellectual property

Site content — including text, visual design, and field notes — is owned by Site Brook Hub or used under license. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you provide during an engagement; we retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables specified in a statement of work are licensed to you for internal business use unless otherwise agreed.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable access to stakeholders for interviews, and timely feedback on draft findings. You are responsible for decisions you implement after receiving a brief, including production changes and vendor selections.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), Site Brook Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Warranties

The Site is provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the Site is free of errors. Consulting deliverables carry the warranties expressly stated in the applicable statement of work only.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Taipei, Taiwan, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
