Who this is for
Teams that have outgrown tribal knowledge about their internal helpers. What is excluded
Implementation work, production on-call coverage, and vendor contract negotiation are outside this engagement. We may recommend vendors or open-source options; we do not resell them.
Process
- Kickoff — confirm scope, stakeholders, and access to documentation (read-only where possible).
- Interviews — short sessions with people who run or suffer the current helpers.
- Synthesis — draft findings shared mid-engagement for factual correction.
- Brief delivery — walkthrough of recommendations and next step ownership.
Preparation
Have a rough list of internal helpers ready — even a messy spreadsheet helps. Identify one executive sponsor who can resolve ownership questions.
Constraints
We work in English and Mandarin for interviews when needed; the written brief is delivered in English unless agreed otherwise. Sensitive production credentials are never requested — describe systems at a functional level.
Pricing basis
Fixed project fee starting at NT$85,000, adjusted for team size and number of helper domains. A scoping call confirms the quote before work begins.
