Tooling Roadmap Workshop
A facilitated half-day or full-day session that leaves your group with a ranked quarter plan and written trade-offs everyone can cite.
What the day produces
By the end of the workshop your group has a ranked list for the next quarter, a short list of deferred items with reasons, and notes on ownership. The goal is alignment — not a decorative roadmap poster.
Format
- Pre-read questionnaire for attendees (sent one week prior)
- Facilitated ranking exercises using your real constraints: headcount, freeze windows, audit pressure
- Written summary delivered within three business days
Group size
Best with four to ten people who can speak for engineering, operations, and at least one business stakeholder. Larger groups need a scoping discussion first.
Materials
We bring facilitation structure and templates. You bring the inventory of helpers and any hard dates (releases, audits, hiring freezes).
Pricing
NT$32,000 half day or NT$55,000 full day, plus venue if you prefer an off-site room we arrange. Travel outside Taipei City may add a modest fee stated in the quote.
