Scoping call
Thirty to forty-five minutes to confirm whether an assessment, automation plan, or workshop fits. No slide deck required — bring the messy inventory.
Discovery & inventory
Interviews with owners of scripts, admin panels, and hand-off sheets. We document what exists, who maintains it, and where failures already cost calendar time.
Decision brief
A written recommendation: keep, retire, or redesign each major helper; a sequenced automation slice; and explicit exclusions so the backlog does not balloon.
Handoff
Walkthrough with your leads. Optional follow-up advisory hours if you want a second pass after the first automation slice ships.
