About Site Brook Hub

A Taipei-based programming consulting practice focused on internal tooling strategy and workflow automation planning.

Origin

Site Brook Hub started after years of watching capable engineering groups drown in unofficial helpers — scripts taped together under deadline, admin screens nobody wanted to own, and automation ideas that skipped the hard ownership questions. The practice exists to give those groups a calm, written strategy before the next hiring wave or rebuild.

Mission

Help leaders in Taiwan decide what internal tooling deserves investment, what should be retired, and how workflow automation should be sequenced so people are not asked to maintain chaos.

Working approach

We interview before we prescribe. Recommendations name owners, exclusions, and the first finishable slice. We stay out of production on-call theatre; your incident process remains yours.

People

Consultations are led by practitioners with backgrounds in internal developer experience, operations coordination, and technical program work across Taipei’s product and logistics companies. We bring facilitation discipline and programming judgment — not a branded methodology deck.

Values

  • Specificity over slogans — recommendations name systems and people roles.
  • Honest exclusions — what we will not automate this quarter matters as much as what we will.
  • Local presence — Office 11, 57 Sample Street, Taipei 00000 is where in-person sessions land when travel makes sense.

Community

We share field notes on common failure patterns in internal helpers and host occasional small workshops for engineering managers. Commercial consulting funds the writing; the writing keeps the consulting honest.
